Lights. Camera. Action.

I've just returned home from an extremely long day.

Nevertheless, the plethora of blending lights from the Diwali night rehearsal evoked nostalgic feelings. And the funky Indian music filled me with the desire to boogy some. =P Indian dance style. Peeks, Von and the rest of you lot would thoroughly enjoy tomorrow's show i'm sure. Bangra dance, Priya and her rhythmic smooth astoundingly good dancing, and a play based on a movie titled 'Khabi Alvida Naa Kehna' among other things.

I'm just aiding at props now =P. Maybe next year haha. It seems too interesting to resist not participating.

Tomorrow I'll be interviewing my first Simulated Patient (SP) at IMU. Its a person paid to act to his/her best abilities in conveying some sort of medical problem to the medical student. And our aim is to display competent communication with the SP to gradually improve on Patient-Doctor communicative skills as we progress along the semesters. Tomorrow's session will be video recorded. So lets hope my SP won't be someone suffering from genital warts or erectile dysfunction or gas or something. Or I will burst out laughing while trying to listen to the details.

You know, ever since I came to KL, floodgates were thrown open in my head and a powerful, powerful torrent of thoughts have come spilling into the recesses of my brain and I've got so much thinking done these 3 months than I've ever had over the past 20 years of my life. Its amazing and its traumatising at the same time; I discovered that I have this ability to think and apply logic to things I never knew I had before and its both refreshing and difficult at the same time, because I've had to question and interrogate myself for answers to many things. Like an untapped well recently discovered. I shall venture on and discover more. Maybe I'll separate the mix of jumbled thoughts and articulate them for you guys one day.

Mervin is an evolved being! Everyone bow to me!

Song of the moment:
Khabi Alvida Naa Kehna

Bag of candy. =) thank you
