Footsteps and asphalt

I ran today, for the 2nd time in two days.

Nothing but the sound of my footsteps, the intervals of my breath, and the crunching of asphalt as the yellow street lights above pierce the evening darkness.

We all seek that small measure of peace, and that few of us ever find.

it's amazing when seemingly small irrelevant things end up making you change your view on life sometimes..i'm not sure but I know I've got on through the difficult times relying on these small irrelevant things to motivate me =) read Tuesdays with Morrie merv! 'Everything is impermanent, therefore, learn to detach' i can't put that message in a positive light, but Mr. Morrie can =p you know we've always wanted the best for you, even though marv or I sometimes curse you for being annoyingly lucky in academia HOHO. take care! - from the Scooby Gang =p
