How can I?

the past 3 days have been jam-packed of sorts. Mind you with some minor work-related stuff added to the mix too. But having to re-familiarise oneself with simple pleasures has been fun. Like chips and foam and BigB's and aliens. And cedar. yum.

I've also been re-listening to a lot of Bob Marley; like I used to incessantly if you didn't know. And you know what recurring puzzle pieces mean. Telegrams. Thats what they mean =P.

Why Marley? Its not just the catchy reggae rhythms or the chilled out overtones, but the charisma and the belief that Marley had. He believed that you could cure racism and greed and hate; literally cure it, by injecting love and music into people's lives. When he was scheduled to perform at a peace rally, gunman came to his house and shot him down. Two days later he walked out on that stage and sang. Somebody asked him why - he said, "The people who are trying to make this world worse are not taking a day off. How can I? Light up the darkness".

I guess thats a reminder of some sort. You know? WWJD. Injecting love and beauty into a world gone mad.

You are the light of the world - like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket.
